The photos, videos, and other media assets (“Materials”) provided in the media kit are owned or controlled by Brigham Young University–Hawaii (“BYU–Hawaii”) and are made available for approved public use.

Permitted Use
- Materials may be used for news coverage, academic, or other informational purposes that accurately represent BYU–Hawaii, its students, faculty, and programs.
- Users may reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the Materials only in connection with content that portrays BYU–Hawaii in a factual and respectful manner.
- Minor adjustments such as resizing or color correction are permitted.
- Required credit: “Courtesy of Brigham Young University–Hawaii.”
Restrictions
By downloading or using these Materials, you agree:
- Not to use the Materials in any way that disparages, misrepresents, or harms the reputation of BYU–Hawaii, its students, employees, or its sponsoring institution, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
- Not to alter the Materials in a misleading way or combine them with other content that creates a false or defamatory impression.
- Not to use the Materials for commercial, political, or promotional purposes without prior written consent from BYU–Hawaii.
