Step 1: Strategic Planning
Plan out what you want to promote. What is your objective? What is your message? How can your booth increase awareness and involvement? Consider providing incentives like department promo items or refreshments. Maybe plan on having music set up to attract crowds to your booth?

Step 2: Reserve a Space
Strategically select a high-traffic area on campus where your target audience is likely to be. Consider the day of the week and the time of the day. For example, doing a booth while most people are in class will not be as strategic.
*To have a booth on campus, you must make a reservation.

Step 3: Prepare your promo items (1 month)
Promo items such as t-shirts, stickers, water bottles, pens, etc., require permission from Marketing and Communications. Contact brand@byuh.edu to request permission to create specific promo items. Vendors like BYUH Print Services, 4imprint, MakeStickers, and many others, can make these items for you. In your request, explain your booth's objective(s), link(s) to the item(s) you're hoping to order, and if those items will need the BYUH logo on them. Note that anything representing the university must be in the university's brand colors.
After receiving approval, you may place your order. Allow at least one month for production (depending on your selected vendor).
*Consider your department's budget for these items—including treats and refreshments.
